    I'm running exactly at my caloric load of 3370 calories to gain 1lb a week. 4000 calories added too much fat.

    My macros are f***ed up a little. fat and carbs a little under

    Carbs 387g
    Protein 218g
    Fat 62.5g

    Hopefully I gain lean

    My front squat deadass started off at 65lbs, because of balance, flexibility, and lack of strength

    Now I'm at 150lbs, I'm skinny and weak so it's whatever

    that's crazy bruh you not weak front squatting 150 lbs wtf

    i'm noticing asymmetries like my left elbow dropping a little while my right one stays up but a few mobility stretches really been helping

    What's the major thing you changed to get ur numbers up?

    Because I was stalling for a while and going nowhere lol.

    At one point I threw a b**** fit in the gym because learning the front squat was so difficult that I nearly gave up.

    Also try to move up 5lbs every session vs 10 lbs after every 2nd workout.

    Critical moves, I also found that increasing weight to a smaller degree to help with progress a tonne too

    I microload my upper body with 1.25lb chains on each side so 2.5lbs total.

    I up with micro loading every workout session
    Makes it easier
