to ask was it you that wrote in her saying you workout from home us 52.5 adjustable weights?
yeah I have dumbbells up to 52.5 lbs at home and a bench but its not enough weight for me to do db bench presses or really hit legs hard u think resistance bands could help with chest and legs

listen man im working from home to using the exact same weight i wont like to you some days i push up to 2 hours and 30 mins because i do like 5 sets of 15 for example i was lifting so much more at the gym before for covid in some how covid taught me to go lighter and it helps to, also check out atlean x'x dumbell workouts there is a lot of useful things there for chest also for legs what i do is i use both 52.5 and do dumbell squats its challenging try it see how it is for you then do lunges check out the videos i said it will help you and you can also get resit bands
