yeah I have dumbbells up to 52.5 lbs at home and a bench but its not enough weight for me to do db bench presses or really hit legs hard u think resistance bands could help with chest and legs

yeah nah i am not fit i just did 40 mins cardio workout and i was absolute buggered
Once you feel comfortable work in some HIIT exercises fam. Good shock to the system. Shorter duration higher intensity. But yeah only when you start doing your cardio consistently. Good luck with it!
Is it alright to workout at inconsistent times or should I do it at the same time everytime? Does this affect gains at all?

I remember I worked out at 7:00am monday and by time Wednesday I didn't workout until 7pm ish because I was so tired.
Conversely I have worked out at 7:00pm Wednesday and come Friday I'll be in the gym at 7:00am Friday. Not enough rest and recovery imo
Try to go either morning, afternoon, or night, you have to be consistent, otherwise you will slack off
