    I wake up often throughout the night, but I always get back to sleep. Is this ok, or do I need 7 hours of CONTINUOUS sleep for gains?

    Straight dropped like 160lbs from my squat to work my way back up with good form. Was on path to three plates but could feel knees buckling and form going to s***. Starting ground up again on squats with good form.

    use to do 3 plates 35 deadlifts np iv been doing home workouts since march with only 60 pounds so im sure i lost half my strength need to buy heaver adjustable weights

    started with just one plate in july when gym reopened just made my way back up to two plates this week. Good form makes a huge difference f***ing wild, going down all the way hitting legs so much more.

    I skipped up by 5lbs early on my pendlay row, and my form suffered

    Time to to back down smh.

    Meanwhile I blew thru my overhead press platue

    I usually prefer to workout at night but depending on my schedule for the day I put in work early in the day, I don’t think it really matters as long as you put that work in.

    get sleep to i had this before diff schedules had 1130-8pm them 7-3pm sometimes its a b**** though

    whats yall best advice for getting out of a plateau

    hard stuck on 180 lbs trying to lose another 20

    was eating 1900-2000 a day and dropped to 1800 and nothin

    do cardio high intense training have a day to do this though

    nope i just wanna get fit tbh

    i became increasingly unfit in recent years

    also do a bit of weights if ur goal is to just to do cardio

    i got some small weights at home probs will add them into my workout

    i also have rower which i use sometimes

    you can do cardio and lighter weights with shorten rest periods
