    Not every session is as good as I want it to be but the routine and consistency has kept me sane.

    Can’t wait for things to go back to normal slowly.

    Lifting has been pretty much the only thing I have left to look forward to during COVID times

  • Anyone's chest still sort of flabby after lifting for a while. My upper chest is all tightened and muscular but my lower chest is still flabby. I've gone from 150lbs training max to 185lbs right and lower chest still flabby. I can still be bean dipped. Will this end up more muscular if I just keep progressive overloading bench and eating well.
