    S***’s crazy man this pandemic has given me time to work out and I love that s***

    Not every session is as good as I want it to be but the routine and consistency has kept me sane.

    Can’t wait for things to go back to normal slowly.

    Ran out of whey, so I tried eating 5 eggs. Way harder eat 5 eggs than too drink protein powder gunk.

    Went to my local family owned gym yesterday since all the corporate ones are closed but I pointed out to the owners that some people are still not wearing masks and their best response was that they told them already

    I understand that it would hurt their business since they are a family owned gym and I’m sure they don’t want any confrontation but bro

    lol i use to go to a gym like this an i was dead lifting and they weight dropped a lady complained to the manager he said he was going to suspend my membership if that happened again i said its suppose to do that

    Gyms closed again for another month in MN cause of lockdown.
    Going to use this workout plan.
    Glad I was able to pick up some 30 lbs dbs before they sold out everywhere after the first lockdown.

  • Was in the gym for 5 hours learning all these new pull movements bruh I’m wreckt

    First time I’ve skipped cardio in months

  • Started implementing these but felt it lighting up my tricep more than anything, help

    Sounds normal if your bodies adapted to eating more, how much are you in a deficit?

    Bad in what way?

    Some people go to bed hungry without even working out or watching their diet, it’s not abnormal.

    However if you are hungry, consider drinking more water and eating better options, like you can easily get full on salats and such that’s super low in calories.

    taking a diet break / extended refeed period
    been dieting and cutting consistently since may, lost 30+ pounds but i think i’ve hit a plateau and need the mental break
    going to eat around maintenance for a week or so and still hit my workouts
    hope i can push past this s*** it’s mentally defeating

    I’m not counting calories, super hard to do it because a lot of the food I eat isn’t america and therefore doesn’t have calorie info
