I’m the opposite. Very bicep dominant. Tris are even my weak point in the bench(weak lockout)
I dont really eat much brown pasta and rice with protein cause of carbs tbh but I actually see myself not eating as much in between my meals cause of this. So do yall think I should just have this most days? lol

My diet is very simple and lab rat like.
Two turkey bacon, egg, and cheese bagels
Half a gallon of lactose free milk
4 scoops of GMC 1340
3 scoops of premier protein whey
Just over 4,000 calories, with loads of protein, carbs, and moderate fat.
I have a very hard time eating so this is the only way I can eat the calories i need.
I also mix my protein and mass gainer with water so it's easier to drink, thin and tasteless, then chase it down with milk.

tuna or chicken or pork with spinach
again at dinner but with either brown pasta or rice or spinach depending how Im feeling and some coffees throughout the day to keep me going
