    yeah he taught me everything i know now about recomp and s***. their videos combined with some mild coaching from a friend helped me lose 35 pounds of fat since gyms opened back up

    i feel a second lockdown coming on but i really hope they keep the gyms open and are strict af about masks not trying to lose my progress and my mental health has improved so much since they reopened. gyms in texas are already really strict but covid resurgence been going crazy here as well

    buy weights man as i have been saying here for months incase so you dont lose what yu have man and follow the videos i have not been to a gym since march but i do it at home

    use chalk dont use hook grips i feel you loose more tension like that

    at some point double overhand deadlift becomes immune to chalk and there's no way I'll use mixed grip. I won't take the slightest risk on my biceps

    Phones damn near need to be banned in gyms. Ppl sitting at racks and machines on their phones for 10+ minutes just sitting there not even lifting

    Yeah for sure, I switched up to mixed and have yet to try chalk or straps either. Probably gonna try out next year, my grip strenght could be better but I’ve seen some people actively train that but no experience on that

    what kind of dead lift you doing? i used chalk plenty of times doing heavy to never had a problem

    if ur doing this then its another way you cant really do heavy with this im guessing never did DL like that only the other way
