    there's a few people i shake hands with but 95% of the time im an anxious f***

    I just don’t care to talk to anyone at the gym tbh not even females, I come their to workout and escape, not socialize.

    The most I’ll say is “I’m using those” when someone tries to steal my dumbbells

    anyone here have experience with upper/lower split? I'm planning to try it while using concurrent periodization and I'm unsure about what lifts to incorporate

    did this, but for only 5 sets

    before that, i had only ever done regular heel raises with dumbbells in each hand, but doing the above hit my calves in a way i never felt before

    Bodyweight is the way to go bruddas

    Def a solid start. I would say for anyone new to weightlifting they should start for the first month with body weight

    nah i just dont like lifting id rather do a 100 diamond pushups than bench. 😂

    Fair enough, u can really go hard with calisthenics too but I feel like at that point lifting saves you time if you’re trying to build strength
