    I benched 225 today at 145lbs bodyweight,

    proud of myself man, I only did that when I was 158lbs and struggled with it

    life sucks rn but at least I'm pushing myself in the gym

    Eh you don't have to, just make sure you eat enough and track your calories, plus mass gainers are known to have lots of sugar too

    Just wake up earlier and space out your meals

    Liquid calories are great too (Full fat milk, Protein shakes, etc.)

    eat more healthy fats, they're easy high caloric food

    spoons of virgin olive oil, peanuts, walnuts, almonds whatever dry fruit you prefer

    buy a blender, peanut butter fruit smoothies, put in smooth peanut butter (much much better to digest than the other kinda rough peanut butter, and bananas & apples if you like them and even milk)

    you don't need to jump on junk food to get the calories in but if you still don't the numbers up, it's fine to eat s*** if 70-60% of what you eat is healthy

    buy creatine instead of mass gainers, that s*** useless and harmful if anything and creatine will help you with weight gain cause it increases water retention

    So I've been running a mile 3x a week and intermittent fasting (lean gains 168) and gained a pound in the past week

    Try walking 3-4 miles a day.

    HIIT maybe? To mix up your cardio.
