i know some people go hard with supplements and whatnot but I think all you need is a multi + fish oil, I just take the aminos to recover because my schedule is hectic

the aminos is it like a white pill? if so i had those and did not take them they looked like d***gy pills XD i take multi vitamin c d zinc fish oil which is in the vitamin d

since doing from home iv been doing half the weight i was doing at the gym and iv seen great improvement
Concussed my self unloading plates yesterday at the beginning of my work out smh.. always look above you for barbells
Make sure y’all have safeties in ur home gyms and test out heights and practice bailing before going ahead with ur lifts
