    So since my bulk from 200 to 220 the amount of pull-ups I can do in a max setting is 27. Up from 22

    Hopped on this thread for some advice a while back & it’s really helped- lost 10lbs over the past month, using dumbbells to build my arms/shoulders/chest from home (scared of gyms cause rona) and running 3 days a week!

    Nah, but none near me require masks and I live in a super urban area. Currently obese too so high risk,

    I'm in the south and at my gym this is not enforced at all. Buncha old a******s doin like leg curls with no masks. So obnoxious

    yea imo wear a mask man or do it from home iv been doing it from home since march and it takes me like 2 hours to work out

    Just started counting my calories today when I should've done it 3 months ago

    Been writing it down on paper what I've been eating with estimated calorie count. Damn I kinda realized I haven't been eating enough

    Trying to shoot for 3500 calories per day to bulk
