Honestly it's a blessing, when I was confined, I was knee deep in depression and didn't do s*** and still lost weight so easily
This is why my diet has been super super flexible and still works with not too much fat gained. So I'm willing to take advantage of this and bulk up till satisfied then cutting would be much much easier for me than gaining weight. Sounds weird but I really can't wait till I cut in calories. I don't enjoy eating this amount of food tbh.
lol ok how long you work out for and how many days a week
it was fine... until i f***ed it playing sport again.
i can still lift etc but uncontrolled falls or similar would probably do a bit of damage. But there was never any pain or w/e, business as usual really.
open surgery will tighten your shoulder capsule a lot more than an arthroscopic procedure, I think you might lose some range of motion though (one for your doctor, could vary by injury)
Don't think it will suck too bad tbh. It's one of the easier joints to deal with (as opposed to knees and hips)
The few weeks in a sling are a battle though lol - hopefully it's your non-dominate arm !

PPL six times a week
PPLPPL- Rest
Legs were my weakest point and I think I'm seeing better results with hitting em twice a week
Leg days take me 45 minutes on average
Hypertrophy push and pull 90 minutes or less
Strength push & pull 90 minutes too or maybe a bit more since I rest a lot in between sets

heyo man that's fine as long as you get it going and if you want to increase volume you can do it later
I work too and my working hours are hectic so my workout routines vary all the time, sometimes I hit the gym first thing in the morning & sometimes late at night but it gotta be done
and yeah I feel like with what you have rn and especially at home, full body workouts are preferable
what are your stats, what are your goals etc?

from what you posted i can see you have a slimmer look your not like the bulky type meaning gaining muscle is harder for you because you have a faster metabolism imo, also agreed when i worked 3 pms i use to hit the gym in the morning which was great i felt better because it was done earlier mind you i was doing more Power lifting at that time now with home its more hypertrophy training not power though but i have learned a lot more from watching these kinds of videos if you dont watch them check the videos out he posts very good also i use to hate working out different times when i use to work 1130 am to 8pm it was tough to work out because of different shift times to

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcThnQTTDAoAthelan is great. Well I got a year and couple of months of training now so I know reasonably well. I learned everything by myself and that entails a lot. I f***ed up a lot in the beginning and made a lotta mistakes. It was good thing though. Trial & error.
I've perfected my form on nearly all movements. I've learned a s*** ton about how bodies work and how nutrition fuels everything.
Athelan, Jeremy Ethier, Omarisuuf, Nippard & many others have really been helpful and are the reason I actually know what I know now and progressed so much.
As for my body, I am honestly loving it right now. I'm ripped and can't be any happier about it. I used to take s*** like "skeleton f***/ you need a sandwich" to people tryna look my type of lean lol. So yeah, it's a blessing. Exercising didn't fix everything mental wise but sure did improve a lot of things. I just wonder how better I would've looked like if I didn't have a five month break.
Anyway, right now my looks aren't as important as it used to be in the past. I'm enjoying the strength training more & more.
Also, you said as an ecto gaining muscle is hard. That's meh tbh. It depends. Wasn't that tough for me and I'm not that young either. Gaining weight and strength felt difficult, not muscle. I've always seen progress, no matter how small or slow it was. And for a year of training, I wouldn't have believed I'd look like this a year or two years ago.
All in all, it's just a matter of consistency, perseverance, and hard work. Genetics play a role too. Not everyone has wide clavicles, a V cut. So people gotta learn to set realistic expectations for themselves. Basically, it's just about being the better of version of ourselves tbh

no your right on the last part genetics play a big role to and how much body fat you have, im like 5'7 and if i cut i would look like a twig lol im around 185 to if i went to like 160 i would look to skinny and tbh i prefer to be 185 around i think just my problem is i dont do enough cardio lol
how do I keep my neck from hurting when working shoulders? Like every time I do lat raises my neck gets stiff
retract your scapula (shoulders) when doing pressing movements and flare your lats before doing lateral raises
What happened?
She has a boyfriend and they look pretty serious. She's also 5 years older than me and a grad student with her s*** together
I live off ramen and cognac.
I think she was just being generous so I haven't pursued or messaged her, I just let her know we can work in together whenever I catch her if she's down.
I need more friends anyway.
Lowkey I been subbed to him since he had like 10k subs in early 2019 and I miss when he didn’t do the yelling pipsqueak gimmick all the time
Also been subbed before he has become more well-known. So much great information, makes me happy to see him succeed
Lmao someone said he sounds like the parrot from Aladdin
First thing my girlfriend said when she heard me watching
Just started my diet, and finally going back to the Gym 5 days a week. I’m on day 2, I’m sore af but feels good

Hopped on this thread for some advice a while back & it’s really helped- lost 10lbs over the past month, using dumbbells to build my arms/shoulders/chest from home (scared of gyms cause rona) and running 3 days a week!
Don't give up man
Thanks fam, just tryna get back to to where I was before Covid
