Had hernia surgery scheduled for April but it got scrapped because of the virus
Started doing some light weights a few weeks ago but that was a reaaaaaallly bad idea.
Limited now to just cardio and they even want me to chill on that smh
Probably getting the surgery in January now tho
i was told to do alot of face pulls when you work out also because of the virus im limited to work at home so it takes me a good 2 30 to work out with what i have i a got a few weights up to 60 pounds and an a bench also resit bands

Bulking season. I want to hit 240 tbh. I was hitting it heavy at one point then just stopped when people started gassing me. I’ve been trying to squat more since I box now and want to get good. I couldn’t even squat 135 without my knees hurting. Now I can do 245 deep squats. Still not good but decent considering I haven’t been taking it seriously as should. Benched 315 close grip twice and lowkey wasn’t hard. Want to see if I can do 360 again. 400 was the goal a few years back but I’m lazy tbh
