chances are pretty slim but its still worth considering that there might be a link between accumulative creatine consumption and increases in dht - which is basically the hormone responsible for hairloss. tbh, if you have any aggressive recession in the family i wouldnt even risk taking it, but thats just me

Yes. Work up to 2-3min planks and then add weight. Make sure you doing side planks too. Even reverse but that can just be 1min.

Starting tomorrow I'll be correcting my weakest point: legs. First time I went about I trained them once a week while relying on progressive overload. I could squat decent numbers but always in a low rep range. I mean my pants dressed tighter but s*** was really underwhelming for 8 months when compared to how my upper body progressed.
I'll be hitting them twice a weak. One low weight heavy reps day and the second heavy weight low reps. Let's get it. Death here I come
