Any of your guys’s hands/palms/wrists start hurting after doing push-ups?
You might be putting too much of your weight on your palms cuz I don’t have that problem or doing it on a rough surface?

Calisthenics changed my life
Idk man I like calisthenics but I still prefer weights. Plus you can’t really do calisthenics during cold months. It’s good to include both but I’m getting tired going to the park for pull-ups and dips and it’s hot as s*** outside making me feel exhausted real quick.

I rly think it’s just made me focus on my core more. Which has lead to me lookin more cut and I like it. Plus I’m tryna build up to bein able to do a muscle up and I like the challenge of that. And FUKK the weather we on that bar no matter what
