Do you guys work out everyday? And do you count calories or just eat whatever?
my current split is hitting muscle groups twice a week so i’m 6 days on, 1 day off (or two just depending how i feel)
i count calories closely and eat based off my macronutrient goals, i progress way faster paying attention to macros

will I need to change my wardrobe when I start lifting?
One can only hope
I outgrew one of my linen shirts because that fabric has zero stretch. Still wearing everything else but it's all slowly getting tighter.
Feels so good when I put a shirt on u havent worn in a couple months and it fits way tighter in the shoulders and chest.

I recently changed wardrobe right before covid hit. I bought bunch of basics to last me at least three years, and now I'm planning to start working out when everything goes back to normal. Mmmm.

Did you throw in any other exercises for variation? I've been doing it for like a month now but I feel like my muscles may be getting used to the exercises

I did replace regular squats with front squats, and I used power cleans to warmup for deadlifts, that's about it. I'm not sure what you mean by your muscles getting used to the exercises, as long as the weight goes up you're going to make gains.

Nah I was just concerned whether or not my progression would stagnate if I continually did the same exercises for months but that's great to hear
