Been tracking my macros and my weight for the last 3-4 weeks and I'm not gaining just maintaining. Looks like I need to up my calories to 3k.
It's dumb easy for me to hit my protein targets on this wfpb lifestyle but bro the food is so voluminous that I'm eating like 4-5lbs of food in a day and still barely hitting 3k. Stomach stuffed to the maximum and I be eating all f***in day.
Never feel bloated or sluggish tho just physically full. Plants goated.

I want traps so it’s the only isolation I do. Everything else is compound
Very good. Heavy rack pulls are the best trap builders imo, regular shrugs just don't do it for me.
Because I’m not trying to get big I just enjoy lifting

coronavirus killed off the 10 lbs or so of lean muscle I put on during the beginning of the year. Pretty much all of it is gone since the last time I've gotten a decent work out in the gym was in March. I've been slacking on calisthenics. Might be time to put down the blunt and get back into the routine lol

Barely drink any alcohol and my sleep seems adequate, probably my diet? Mainly head off to working out after eating breakfast and my breakfast mostly consists of this:

Sometimes before having breakfast I eat like 2-3 slices of corn tortilla with melted cheese, dunno if that'll hinder my workouts. In addition, I normally eat a piece of fruit like 30-40 minutes before working out
