    Might go plant based after thanksgiving, this game changers doc got me wanting to try

    there is no way you can be a top level athlete on a strict plant based diet the documentary has been massively debunked as a propaganda piece.

    Novak Djokovic is very nearly plant based (believe he eats fish at times) and is one of the best tennis players of all time 🤷‍♂️

    Would like to see sources debunking the doc tho

    yes, if anything will probably help you progress by giving your body time to heal. And a week off isn’t enough to lose strength
