well my gym is closed again, melbourne has 10 postcodes in lock down which is both where I live and where my gym is, fkn bullshit. Starting crossfit on Monday as there is a crossfit gym around the corner from my factory as this postcode isn't in lock down. At this point just want to lose weight fast, just want to be in a caloric deficit. I want to burn about 5,000 calories a day and consume about 3,500 calories.

I usually do between work (Im a stone mason so a lot of heavy lifting, up and down flights of stairs) and playing ball. If I have a good day according to my fitbit I do around 19,000 steps a day, 4,500-5,200 calories a day. But now with s*** being locked down again I can't even fkn play ball

Used to rock strength routines when I was younger with lots of heavy compounds but now that Ima bit older and happier with my physique I just run ppl and a shoullders/ arms day.

If ur skinny fat I’d say just workout, you’ll gain muscle fast because your body isn’t used to working out (noobie gains). You’ll probably lose weight too especially if you do some cardio at the end of your workouts. Don’t worry too much about bulking or cutting just focus on getting in the gym and becoming disciplined. Once you build a Good routine and consistency, you’ll really see results, and you can focus more on what you want to achieve.

depends you wanna lift a lot of weight or be toned
if you wanna lift alot eat alot and start lifting 3 sets would be a good start to your man
if you wanna tone eat still but do lighter weights and higher sets
