Resistance bands of you can find em. I was getting great workouts with them before gym opened back up. Been meaning to work in some days with them still just cause the pulp is crazy. You can make gainer shakes pretty easy with protein, milk, peanut butter (the powdered stuff is great for this) and oats.

For Other things that helped me gain weight a long time ago: condition yourself to eat right when you wake up and right when you go to bed, making sure you're metabolising food early so your body wants to stay fueling up all day. If you're just going for weight however you can get it, dabble in a little fast food a few times a week. Mcdoubles are like 20+ g of protein, I'd get 2, makie it a mcquad with one bun. I gained a ton of weight (and muscle) squeezing in mcdoubles in between meals a few days a week when I was like 20. Just watch out for salt and getting love handles lol
