i do those last two stretches every time before working out
Started doing landmine squats and other variations on leg day and that s*** is killer. My quads are on fire

If ur rep range is 8-10 i would stop and consider it done if i made 5-7 and couldnt reach tbh
Would only lower the weight on the "same" set if i got like 1 or 2 on that rep range

i do rest/pause on iso's like leg extension, seated hamstring curl, etc. not on compounds though
keep the grind push and dont give up
