Was a gym rat before and during uni days but havent set foot in a gym since covid
Started going everyday again this week n what in the f*** happened during covid ๐
Asked a dude how many sets he had left on fly/if i could work in, he looked startled n said people tried to fight him when he asked that before.
He only had 1 more set so was just me on it, dude sat at machine across from me and i noticed after 3 sets he wasnt doing anything, asked if he was waiting for fly n wanted to work in, n he was happy to jump right in, but was too scared to just ask if he could

a question so i take eaa while working out i also take cretin before working out but in pill form 30 mins before i want to maybe take the powered cretin instead and mix it in water with my EAA is that ok to do ? OR IS that to much ? which is better to do ?
whatever works best for you not right answer ideally don't take creatine on an empty stomach
Does anyone feel absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of workout information online especially when it touches your algorithm. Iโm really trying to strip back and hit a KISS approach because I feel like I need to do a million things in under an hour
everytime workout info pops up on my feed i just hit "not interested"
