i just hit 185 last week on regular bench you can def hit 225 in like a month
you could get that s*** even sooner than August dawg, but good job on getting back to it

did not sleep to well last night so i could not lift as much at the gym still went and lifted good amount of weight usually i eat breakfast then something else on heavy lift days because i know that will last me when i do cardio too and tons of water i drink the most water like a gallon you can say on deadlift back dAY

this meso was a complete failure, i f***ed up my shoulder so bad that it still hurts to rotate and on top of it i feel completely unmotivated to go. folded by week five. got my weight up but not going for a week and im entirely deflated muscle wise which is sad and scary. either not getting enough rest/sleep or the program is just too dumb. i might take it easy for the next few month just light weight more reps s*** til like july
people suffer from isolationist culture at gyms where theres no accountability nor any sort of cooperation between people on the floor, employees, and their environment. very few gyms run straight on culture and those are largely non-commercial and its difficult to get there
gym must be a communal space where theres a head honcho running s*** making sure everyone stays safe and performs their exercises correctly, whether they paid for consultation or not
people think its an ego thing when it really isnt and while its hard to build that trust it better be a necessity. the amount of people just flat out doing s*** wrong without realizing long term damage under the guise of 'its their business' is alarming
