    Just stay in a deficit, hit your macros, do a little cardio and keep lifting. Why stick a needle in your ass?

    switched to a high intensity/low volume split for this cut and its been a nice change. it's only my first week of doing it so i'll see how it feels in a few months but so far it feels great. i think i was already pretty good at locking in during my longer sessions but i feel like my focus has increased even more since i know i have to make the most out of my limited sets

    I’ve been doing 2 sets high intensity and I feel like I broke my plateau

    real humbling to see how much I was overtraining before. Reduced my cardio intensity and not moving as much but seeing much better results fat burning wise. the amount of cortisol I must’ve been generating it almost feels too easy now but it’s good to know I just gotta be more patient

    what cardio were you doing ? if you are training now to gain muscle strength just do incline 20 mins speed 2.8-30 on a good incline level or Stairmaster level like 8-10 20 mins or walk a lot hit 10 k

    Once your muscles are saturated going up won’t make a difference

    I’m not ready up on any of the “cognitive benefit” research that I’ve heard about tho

    never really done the bulk and cut cycle. i've only been locked in on the gym since august of 2024, so i still got a lot to learn and experiment with. but yeah, i read/watched a lot of stuff about high intensity/low volume being beneficial during a cut, so i decided to test it out
