keep at it dont give up stretch get some RMT hot and cold shower or Epson salt
how often yall see people doing completely random s*** at the gym? saw a dude the other night doing these one armed lunge shoulder presses, a one legged squat into one arm shoulder press and then this one legged hip hinge where he'd hold a dumbbell above his head, all in between sets of bench
i just let him do his thing but it was hard not to watch
its common knowledge that 90% of people have no idea what theyre doing at the gym

forgot to answer this but basically my last mesocycle was poorly planned as it was my first attempt at building a program and i ended up massively boring and underloading myself. then my membership expired and i wanted to give myself a break anyways around this time plus i was running a lot recently and that kinda took over from lifting. will get back to it come november with a better program, i do feel bad missing out on days and i even worse without working out because my body is constantly sore now

its crazy how much squats help you not feel sore after your runs like damn i didnt even realize my quads could still hurt now that i stopped doing them

damn dawg, that’s amazing progress! 65s on DB press is amazing
take a week or 2 off from chest exercises then try again
that s*** is frustrating tho but it might just be growing pains. use this as a chance to lift light and work on your form or find other angles that don’t trigger your injury
