yep. i found that a lot of my lower back tightness was caused by extremely tight quads. stretching them out regularly helps a lot.

I am currently 190 and 5’11. I’m kinda skinny fat but I have broad shoulders and used to play football so I don’t look flabby unless I take my shirt off. What should I do to cut fat and gain muscle? Around what amount of calories should I eat?
