Lost track of my diet around march and haven’t been able to really dial it in after like 6 months of a good diet. S*** sucks
To be fair by diet I mean bulk so it’s only really tough the first few days
You got this tho stick with it

I did it more for my pull leg day. but I'll look into that. have just doubled up and done Bulgarian squats twice a week instead of having a push and pull leg day

Your body’s going to slow down after you’ve dropped 30 lbs. It just is what it is. Important thing is to stay on the path. 1-2 lbs a week is good and that’s basically where you’re at.

For exercise i ride a stationary bike 10 or 15 miles a day, varying the resistance throughout ride. I also try to skateboard 2-3 times a week for an hour. Then do some basic bodyweight exercises like pushups, planks, and leg lifts. Also have some weights for arm curls.
Food has been tough but ive been trying to cook all my own meals. Main thing is i try to eat some dark green veggies each day. Today is wild salmon and broccoli for lunch, breakfast was yogurt blackvetries and oats, and then ima finish off some green beans and radish salad for dinner. I just feel hungry allllll day....
Been thinking about a gym membership just so i can swim laps in a pool...

your body is used to all the hella work you been throwing at it, you might have to increase the intensity on your non-cardio exercises
that laps in a pool idea is smart, a new resistance would definitely help

do you track calories or are you just eyeballing things? if you aren’t tracking it’s probably a good idea, you might be able to eat more than you think you can. eating too little can actually slow down your weight loss too. i use macrofactor and it’s been great. you have to pay for it after a trial period but i think it’s worth it
