    Having a hard time with this cut for some reason, never been a problem in the past but so far I only lost 5 pound in 2 months

    do stair master speed 10-12 for 20 mins you will ssee how gassed you will get and maybe f*** it do it everyday

    2K calories a day and 5 lbs in 2 months

    Are you weighing yourself same time every day?

    About half a lb a week. 2 lbs a week is aggressive but doable. Would be at 8-10 lbs so really not super far off. You could just be holding water sometimes people will get stuck at a plateau for a bit before making a big jump.

    shoulder day was great hit 80s again on seated ohp and just pushing a question for all of you, you know how there is that machine for flys that you can also use for dealts do you guys use it ?i seen a video where jeff nippard was talking about that you can do it a different way and get more extraction for the dealt if someone finds this video post it please

    i use it twice a week, 4 x as many as possible with increasing weight. really helped my rear delt growth. there is no negative to doing this, only positives for your other lifts and posture. would recommend bro

    I’d just use the machine with my hands on the handles where my thumbs are facing each other or just do face pulls, don’t over complicate it

    Even though I didn’t drink this weekend I feel like my body slowed down its metabolism out of habit. It doesn’t help that it’s raining all week. Gotta keep up my diet and routine to help unlearn that pattern

    Lost track of my diet around march and haven’t been able to really dial it in after like 6 months of a good diet. S*** sucks

    u can try different grips, but what works for me is usually stretching the concentric into almost a dead hang. That s*** burns the s*** out of your lats and makes u wanna kill yourself
