Third day on a PSMF. Cutting extra strict til Thanksgiving. Then probably back on til Christmas to see if I can get to the 181 mark and end the cut before the end of the year.
I did a refeed in October for a physical conditioning test and the final leg of the cut has been hell since returning. Time to wrap this s*** up.
