It's mad easy just get mad behind on your funds after paying rent for the month while you wait for money to come in this following weekend.
Like I said, partially doing it to save up on my groceries for the week
The best part is I know how to self regulate so tomorrow I won't go OD crazy to "make up" for lost calories.
But yeah the 24 hr fast I regularly been doing once a week for the last month and a half.
I get bloodwork done early next month. If I'm within reach of my goal weight, we bulking time.
Trying to get the DIET RIGHT after a bad weekend. Sleeping earlier has helped a lot to cut out of the night eating. Was staying up doing bs anyways. Feel better getting those morning workouts.
😞
In the gym rn but not feelin it at all
Of course not you’re on a 37 hour fast

I have had allot of shoulder and back pain after years of only training my chest.
Now I go to a physical therapist and I have been training my back/shoulders for about 2 months and it is helping.
I hope I get the pain away fully over time, I don’t care about gains, I just don’t want the pain

I had a nasty accident and have been going to physio since April. I found there were so many areas of my body I was neglecting and those compounded as your body is so connected
Working on this stuff will help a lot and you will get gains again going this path. physio has helped me a lot too
F*** A SCALE NGA, 8 MONTH DIFF @Valentine

And since I know exactly what to eat to build back muscle I promise niggas locked in swole by spring 😤😤😤

so when i dislocated my shoulder in 2010 i never did workouts for shoulders until one day someone said you have hunched shoulders or rounded shoulders etc, so during covid i started working out shoulders and it was one of the best decisions i ever made that and doing face pulls
