Pistol squats completely to the floor finally worked out! Adding plyometrics for the marathon and football and aiming to stay on the current strength level.
Adjusted my intake to stop cutting even more and that resulted in way more energy almost instant. Feel like the last miles are the toughest, but getting there

you know when you go to the gym but you have a cold/congested that is me this week not doing super heavy just maintaining its that time of year where the weather changes and you really push at the gym and the slightest of breeze from outside can get you sick

did lighter on back today and dont feel as tired that 3 week lift heavy 4th week d load is a blessing in disguise ty to who whoever on here again mentioned it also down to 174 just upped the cardio a bit but its very easy for me to gain weight
