tried 3 this week, just search 30 mins or 45mins pilates on youtube. There's so much free s*** on youtube, thinking of gettign resistance bands cos there's resistance band pilates workouts on youtube too

Same. I went in thinking cos I lift and do movement it would be challenging at best but my abs were fried not even a third into the session lol

Did 5.78 mile run yesterday
The method was running for 5 minutes then 10 pushups, another 5 minutes then 10 burpees, rinse and repeat. Learned it from a Youtube video
