I’ve reached 8 months straight of lifting now. Feel like I’ve plateaued and losing a little steam. Need to fix up my diet and try to find new ways of improving

I had plantar when I was like 13 and once I started doing the stretches it went away like immediately. I just remember them now for whenever I get foot pain sporadically lmao
I work in busy ass high volume fine dining and I’m constantly carrying a lot of heavy s*** and running around. I usually hit 20k+ steps on busy days. For whatever reason tho I don’t get much foot pain though these days, they just calloused permanently over time. But I think the biggest difference in pain/discomfort is having inserts. It really depends on how your feet arch and s***. Certain type of shoes I need them and others I dont. But whenever I need them they’re immensely helpful
got some new balances so they are helping plus i will be getting custom ensouls from the dr and hopefully the stretches help too
