Back and triceps today 3rd day in a row. Tennis the next two days after work and chest on Sunday. Means I’ll get two chest pumps next week, got 2 back pumps this last week
hit 4 plate 15 on dead lifts today then fin with 25 min stair master also back is to much for me to handle

ya i am a crazy sob but there was a crazier sob last week posting in here saying he was on it for 2 hours my reaction when i seen that was
last night was weird had trouble sleeping i think it was because 1 it was to hot in my room with a fan even, 2 i ate to late and went to bed or 3 it was to salty the food and it made my blood pressure up
but anyways i only got like 4 or 4/5 hours of sleep but still killed it in the gym even when i had no motivation to go today physically and mentally

I can do an hour at a pretty high rate but two hours every day is truly nuts. Like there’s gotta be a point where your muscle developmemt/weight loss plateaus with that daily, right? Idk dude must be lean as a motherfucker

this number gonna sound crazy but doing 500 push ups a day has really one of the greatest things ive done for my fitness this year

never really understood the whole do x number of pushups a day. Is like a way of challenging yourself on a daily basis? Chest development? I feel like going to the gym is the best way to optimize both of these options

i work all day and sometimes work runs on and i can’t make it to the gym or a muay thai class so i know for sure if nothing else i did a ton of push ups. also i wouldn’t be too tired to go to the gym after doing push ups because i don’t lift heavy regardless same for doing martial arts. i think im also just plain addicted to doing pushups now and my total physique is better since i started like 6 weeks ago

man it’s like get a task done. do 50 push ups, grab a tea do 30 push ups, go to the bathroom do 50 push ups, etc

way bigger chest and shoulders helped my abs too i think. i do a lot of one handed push ups too which i think puts more on my shoulders
