    How much body fat do you guys get to before the cut? I’m around 20% rn, a little disappointed with the amount of muscle I’ve put on tho. Mentally I don’t really feel like I have much fat either.

    Its a marathon not a sprint.

    Focus on the process not the results.

    115g, 5 days a week:

    Breakfast post workout: some tofu scrambles, unsweetened almond milk + (25g)

    Lunch: some fruit + (20g)

    Dinner: any combination of veggies with trader joe’s high protein tofu (1 block = 70g)

    stay away from those bars if you got eat protein like that buy the quest chips imo its so much better

    hows casein? do you wake up at like 3am to take a long piss? for me i just eat greek yogurt before bed
