ASICs take a long time to develop

there are a few planning for this that will capitalize on this but it will take months for these ASICs to roll out a ton of units and the demand is going to fall as ETH2 rolls out

I imagine once Ethereum starts offloading storage tasks onto the PoS chain that will scare most people off from putting millions into ASICs that will get bricked in the next 12-18 months once the Blockchain transactions get moved to the PoS chain

all the ones on Ethereum are bad for the environment but Ethereum is switching to a much more environmentally friendly blockchain consensus mechanism by next year

all the other Blockchains NFTs are on PoS Blockchains which use far less power than a credit card system or bank and is far more secure, that's what ETH2 does

it lowers fees cause you don't have to pay miners

so they are right now but they won't be for long
