technically the person that bought the NFT rights own it
a lot of platforms give royalties for resale the idea would be to pay royalties also if the art is used for profit somewhere
But how can you ensure those royalties are actually paid back to the original creator? Especially if the NFT owner is being paid for its usage in fiat? Also are we all just ASSUMING the NFT owner can dictate these rights, or is it explicitly stated anywhere?

AGVE is a fork of AAVE on xDai by 1hive; the same team that created Honeyswap

Yeah there's no way of doing that right now but there are Ethereum proposals for changing that
the idea would be that the payment is made to the blockchain or a fiat onramp and then it would be spilt by a percentage
yeah I'm sure people will probably be in the courts about this s*** but it's generally agreed your buying part of the digital rghts
I'm not sure how that works when people do multiple editions of something though so it probably will depend on the artist
I imagine NFTs will change over the coming years now that they're starting to get some level of adoption

Hype up project
Have it get "hacked"
Make off with millions
Make new token and give it to everyone, they're happy
Do bare minimum development for the rest of it's life until you eventually abandon it, now rich and with zero legal consequences

HI THIS IS CHARLES HOSKINSON BROADCASTING LIVE FROM WARM, SUNNY COLORADO.
Yo everyone. I'm in Canada. We're two years behind.
I am creating NFTs now. I took two art minors with a management degree. I'm entering the game today lol.
Let's make some magic happen
Get ready to get stinking rich!

What’s with copyright stuff too
Like what if an artist draws a pikachu and sells it
Is that legal?
