He was never Top 5 of all-time...
Maybe he's in the Top 5 Lyricist though..
He's arguably the second best rapper alive ever.
Cuz niggas always give those other artists OP posted s*** for duds in their discography but always shy away from Wayne's mid.
And I'm tired of niggas bringing up mixtapes and not showing love to 50 Cent & G-Unit's run on that circuit
Wayne mightve had duds but guess what I don't f***ing listen to any of that s*** and it doesn't matter it's not like his trash music has made the great music he's made disappear and he has a lot of that s***. Sure it's probably hurt his legacy but what do I care I can always listen to dedication 2, da drought 3, the Carter 2, the Carter 3, no ceilings etc...and honestly I'll always regard Wayne very highly because of that run I'm telling you few rappers have done anything remotely close. Wayne is one of the greatest.
And I like 50 cent sure but you're gonna sit there and pretend his mixtapes were as good and impactful as Wayne's?

quick question, how long is Wayne's run in your opinion
And I like 50 cent sure but you're gonna sit there and pretend his mixtapes were as good and impactful as Wayne's?
... you mean the mixtapes that got him signed to Interscope? Lmaooo were you there for early 2000s 50 Cent's buzz??

From dedication 2 to no ceilings he was the best rapper alive at that time. That was a significant run.

I was there im probably a lot older than you think. Get rich or die trying was something else. But I sure as f*** wasn't listening to those early 50 cent mixtapes I was on some other s***. Probably undergound hip hop that s*** was hot at the time.

And even if those records got him signed I don't see how that makes them better than Wayne's best mixtapes

YOU weren't lol but where I was at 50 Cent Is The Future & Guess Who's Back got heavy play
When wayne popularized the mixtape he used other people's beats with the intent of murdering them and he did that s*** a lot. He was cooking f***ers left and right for fun and it was easy for him he was probably loaded too.

You know what I'm not even sure where your trying to go with this... But none of this changes the fact that 50 doesn't drop better mixtapes than wayne. Wayne had 50 smoked when it came to mixtapes
50 cent is a legend because get rich or die trying is arguably the biggest hip hop album ever. People don't talk about 50 cents mixtape like that, definitely not in the way Wayne's mixtapes get talked about.
Wayne's run overrated as s*** lol
Its really not, just say you don't like Wayne and move on.

I like bro but he overrated
I like bro but he overrated
He's not he's top 5 doa. His charisma and flow is second to none. When lil Wayne is on he's on.
Bro really tried to sneak drake into that list
At this point you can make a really good case for drake tbqfh.
Doom definitely has a good ass case for top 5 doa f*** that stupid s*** you're talking about.
i can tell u just wanna fit in with the culture
i can tell u just wanna fit in with the culture

Do you want to have a conversation about why I think he's the goat and why you think otherwise because Ill do that. But you can f*** off with this bullshit don't project your insecurities onto me I'm a grown ass man I have no reason to lie about what I like maybe you move like that.

Ok ur like 45 and wanna be down with the culture. carry on
This "culture"ain't f*** s*** hip hop culture has been watered down and commercialized it's a shadow of it's former self, the culture that I was once a part of you'll probably never be a part of because its dead in a way kids don't write graffiti or dj or any of that s***. What is this culture your talking about? Hip hop music.? And how are you a part of it because you choose to criticize it.
Like look at the people at the "forefront" of this 'culture" there trying to sell you McDonald's hip hop was never that and I ain't mad at anybody securing the bag but to think these people are for the culture is comical.
