TLJ was bad but the blame for the ST isn’t with RJ it’s with Abrams for completely
Messing up episode 7. He’s the one who put the galaxy exactly back where it was at the start of ANH, making everything done in the OT pointless, he’s the one who couldn’t figure out what to do with Luke so just stuck him on a rock, not even to come back and help his f***ing sister who was in danger from starkiller. All the problems started with that first film.

I haven't. But I can't imagine them being much worse than turning his character into a bitter old man (the ultimate regression).

Instead of putting Luke in a position where he was about to murk his nephew (reminder that this is the same character who never gave up on saving his father - literally one of the most evil guys in the galaxy), they could easily put Luke in a situation where he senses the dark side in Ben, and through continued pressure, the situation culminates in Luke (reluctantly) giving up on training Ben - and this results in Ben snapping. Trying to paint Ben's actions somewhat justifiable via Luke's actions is nonsensical and even a lil questionable.

Not only does the previous film establish Kylo as an antagonistic force (the mf killed han ffs), but TLJ reinforces this idea that Kylo is the true villain of the trilogy - in fact the idea of him killing Snoke is genius (the execution of the scene could have been better tho)

Yup god forbid they split up? BUT ALSO when Obi flies away after he woops Darth’s ass the destroyer is mysteriously not monitoring the planet and isn’t waiting there????? Where did it go and why isn’t it trying to shoot him down???

So they just combined the Darth Ashoka fight in Rebels and sum what if ROTS Mustafar duel for finale?

I know Deborah Chow thought she had an all time Star Wars moment bringing Reva’s and Obi’s storylines/arc to a close at the same time on tatooine but I’m terribly afraid that i felt zero emotional impact from it and it felt so pointless in the show

Facts all Reva’s plotline did in the finale was kill the pacing of the main fight

Her entire motivation/character is based on trauma & horror from seeing Vader murder all her friends, so she gets stabbed in the heart with a lightsaber and immediately heads to slaughter a child

The scene with Obi and Leia on Alderaan at the end is an all timer

She was thinking she was trying to do right but the whole time she did turn to the dark side . Seeking revenge is a path to the dark side . She was delusional

Also why didn’t Vader just leave in his own ship while the Star destroyer takes care of the transport? Literally no point for the entire Star destroyer to follow obi wan
