this rewatch is heavenly
haven't watched this since I was a kid
Yea it’s so good, I’m enjoying season 1 a lot rn. Jet and the freedom fighters were dope af.
They really mastered the episodic style in the first season, and the show becomes even better as they mature into more intertwined plots later on.
Well I’m on season 3 episode 3 now and i guess that’s cause wherever they have taken this character dramatically has already been dealt with.
I would agree with you on this on the whole but since the start his personality has been the same.
It’s just that dramatically there’s nowhere else they have taken this character (from what i gather so far)
Yeah I don't recall his other aspects going through that sort of growth. So you're probably right

My only regret about this show is that there weren't enough General Iroh scenes

There is a recent episode I just watched that shows a bit more range of his dynamic as a dramatic character.
I guess it is just depending on when they want the focus on that character for the episode
my gf introduced me to this not long ago and we watched the whole thing in like a month or smth
goat anime no question

oh god not again
Let the crusades begin. We might need to have this make Nick start thinking about creating a third installment series
Dude seemed like he slowly became pure comedic relief as the show progress
I think you're missing that he's just a funny and goofy guy all around. Everyone in this show has jokes. He just happens to be the funniest when he isn't serious/focused at the moment ment
just finsished the first episode
ngl i thought it would be easy watching so I barley paid attention to it and i regret it cause now i gotta go back and watch it again

He was funny early on but to me as the series progressed he just seemed 1 note in comparison to the first few episodes. Might just be my memory but then that'd mean he isn't as memorable as anyone else on team avatar
