The show doing so well on Netflix finally proved to them how big of an asset avatar is

Was thinking of ways the series could stay new and interesting with a different Avatar and though that it would be dope if the next Avatar are a set of twins.

Like with Korra not closing the spirit portals could give Rava more energy to manifest in that way. It would be interesting for the world of Avatar cause itll be an anomaly and the creators could make all types of special abilities for them

Man.. imagine watching the last episode of ATLA back in the day as a kid. Wow, he defeated the fire lord, end of story.

You find out they’re making a series on Aangs life after defeating the fire lord.

Imagine being the kid that unfortunately passed away shortly after finishing ATLA, that kid would never get to know what truly happened in Aangs life after that.

Yo thanks, actually thought about this a bit. Only issue is the time jump, like Korras world is crazy highly advanced compared to ATLA in less than a century so a continuation of korra would put us in the future. Fans dont seem to rock with too much modernism/futurism in the Avatar world also

There isn’t really anything to continue with Korra tbh and imo, an adult ATLA film would make more since than a series unless they did just one season or broke up one huge storyline line into several seasons I suppose. Wouldn’t wanna spend too much time on that regardless at this point. I’d just rather something new
