most of TLA S3 first 10 episodes are so bad

im about to start my rewatch of those episodes rn. been waiting for awhile for it to pick up

The Awakening is good and The Day of Black Sun is great, lot of filler in between tho. The Puppetmaster, The Beach, and The Avatar & The Firelord are all good episodes, but The Painted Lady, The Headband, and Nightmares & Daydreams are some of the weaker episodes of the show.

If I had one criticism of this show I think the plot was a bit too simple and it led to some very thinly plotted episode stretches. Wouldn’t have minded some expanded side-plots to fill content.

Yeah the characters seem to regress in season 2

Korra has no chemistry with Mako (i had to look up this dude’s name and he’s not even mentioned in my first google search of “The Legend of Korra Characters”) and Mako just kinda dips Asami, they had zero chemistry

This man Mako really snitched on his girl to the president himself
