it depends on your play style, plenty of side quests and shrines to do, but yeah i’d say the beasts are like the real main quests.

i supplemented my time upgrading armors and getting the master sword and things like that so i can be more prepared for the gannon fight, so that’s something to do after the divine beasts are done at least

i had the game for over a year though, and have like 100 hours in it or close to that, so i figured it was time for me to beat it lol

Ahhh, do you know a good website to find the side quests and hidden weapons? I want to get the most out of this game so when I beat it, I won't have the urge to play it again lmao.

How are the controls compared to the original motion controls?

Competitive is fire, ive been top 1000 in a season a few times. One of the few online games i play this gen along with R6S, Forza Horizon 4 & Rocket League.

Would recommend Doubles over Singles. Way more fun, dynamic/varied & strategic imo.

They work 100% I like it a lot. The motion controls still make it fun since they always worked well in the original, but not using motion controls is pretty tight. Im just scared of breaking my Joycons on my lite becausse it requires a lot of joycon movement from charging the batteries, kill moves, etc.

Im glad to hear this. Honestly i've gotten super overwhelmed with Pokemon I dont really understand the EV and IV training, my brain cant keep up with all the types, new pokemon, etc. I tried with Pokemon X and got so frustrated lol. But im excited to try and learn again
