While beating up monsters in the Age of Calamity demo, I'm taking some time to explore Hyrule's settlements to see what they were like before the Calamity. BOY I really hope they manage to rebuild these in BotW2 because the castle town and settlements in Hyrule field are beautiful and add so much more life to the kingdom. In BotW you only see ruins/small remains and names of these settlements that were destroyed in the Calamity. In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity we get to see what these settlements looked like, and so far I love what I'm seeing in the HW demo. Lots of lovely and intricate places. Would love to see them fill up Hyrule field with settlements again for the BotW Sequel.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity demo just feels more and more satisfying when you start getting a grip of the controls/attacks. Initially I was just pressing random stuff because I just couldn't keep up but now that I know what does what (at least when it comes to Link's moves) it feels soooo good. I even beat up that Guardian that you weren't supposed to fight and it was so satisfying. Can't wait for the full game now.

Just noticed there’s local two player co-op/split screen mode for HW: AoC. Y’all can beat up enemies with a friend if you have an extra controller
