He’s shown a level of consistency That Rivera didn’t even in the short time he was a head coach. You could argue there were circumstances beyond his control that contributed to that but the fact remains, Marvin has tenure, more wins, and a ring. So he has the better resume

Y’all act like I’m calling this nigga the black beli. He wasn’t just some talking head. Did he or did he not show an ability to evaluate talent, put a team together, and win games? I acknowledge that he fell severelyhshort of expectations but it’s not like he’s some scrub. He coached one of the best defensives of all time and put together consistent winning seasons as a head coach. I’m not going to value one good run by Rivera over that
