Part of the brilliance of those albums was how digestible the themes and connectivity of the albums were. They’re the best concept albums in any genre

DAMN lacks that same obvious, immediate connectivity. The concept is way more like other concept albums where you kind of have to squint at it.

Morale did better with making the concept clear but then the music and hits were lacking
