I went through a whole mental crisis when this album dropped. I hated the rage direction and still do

The actual music though is pretty top tier once I got over that and let it grow on me

I think BAFK is more nett and organic and raw but ELC is like the superstar “fuck you” version of Nett. I honestly like them for different reasons but I probably connected more with BAFK

I’m just glad I got to see him live on Invert tour because that was obviously his best era and he won’t recapture that again

yeah I'm getting tired of distortion rage, but I do like the way he incorporated his sound into it. I'm still listening to it but idk if it will stick with me as long as bafk did
