JonboiIt could be raw footage from a friend but that don’t automatically make him a great editor, that don’t automatically mean he got the vision.
I like this doc, I just have some criticisms is all. I’d cut the narration. I wanted a lil more from from Kanye himself. I don’t even mean big moments, I just mean, funny, interesting, smoking a blunt moments. We got some of that, but the style here… it’s a lil conventional for an artist so bold.
That being said, I really like the doc, there’s some great moments, yes it humanizes Ye. It’ll be something I comfort watch most definitely.

And it's also kind of weird to me that something he'd be involved with for so long would not have his say on it's final use and presentation

Highlight for me was seeing the raw footage of 'Ye and Donda at the crib in Chicago. Just made it all the more real how much of a loss that was for him. Really had me imagining what the trajectory of his career would look like if she was still alive. .
Shoutout to the homie @Antidote for the link....so is this gonna be all we get until the official Netflix release? And are they releasing the other episodes at different times or all together?
