I don't know if its just in Arkansas but HS football numbers are dwindling. We have several 4A and 3A schools playing 8 man football. There was a 3A school that just canceled the rest of the season because they didn't have enough numbers. My former high school, 2A, only had 12 kids that went out this year. Don't know what the issue is. Either the parents don't care, CTE scared everyone off, or the kids don't want to play.
